  1. Log into Internet Banking
  2. Click on your payment account
  3. On the left-hand site, click 'Direct debits'
  4. All rejected direct debits are listed under 'Rejected direct debits'
  5. All direct debits that will be debited within 2-5 days are listed under 'Scheduled and paid direct debits'
