ABN AMRO believes it is important that everyone can do their banking themselves. That’s why we’re trying to make banking as easy as possible for everyone. We’re working hard to improve our services, taking your wishes into account as well. If you need any help, you can always contact us.
Every month we organise free sessions to teach you about Internet Banking and the ABN AMRO app. Manuals and videos with explanations are also available to you.
We do our utmost to ensure secure banking for you, but you can also do certain things yourself to keep your banking secure.
Banking is still possible without internet or a mobile phone. You can transfer money using a transfer form, for example.
We have various tools to help you with banking if you have difficulty hearing or speaking, or if you are blind or partially sighted.
If you’d rather have someone else handle your banking on your behalf, you can always authorise someone close to you. Granting power of attorney is also possible.
You may run into problems when withdrawing or depositing money. An assistant or tool like the card grabber can help you with this.
You can use Video Banking on your smartphone, tablet or computer to talk to an adviser. Are you deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impediment? We also offer Video Banking in sign language. Our adviser will give you advice about day-to-day banking, saving, borrowing or insurance. Adviser Ronald explains more in this video.
