If your e.dentifier displays the message ‘pincode geblokkeerd’ [PIN blocked], you have made three failed attempts to enter the correct PIN and now the chip on the card has been blocked. Luckily, as long as you know your PIN you can unblock your card yourself.
- Go to a Geldmaat ATM
- Enter the correct PIN and check your balance or withdraw cash
Your PIN has now been unblocked and you can use your debit card again as usual.
If you’ve forgotten your PIN, please request a new PIN.
