Our services are still available during the coronavirus outbreak so you can continue to do all your banking. We have set up this page to keep you informed about the possibilities and update you on the latest developments.

Our safety measures

Your health and that of our employees is the number one priority.

  • If you would like to visit an office branch, you need to make an appointment first
  • Stay at home if you have a cold or flu symptoms.
  • When visiting one of our office branches, you are required to wear a mask. Please bring your own mask.
  • When visiting a branch, please follow the  guidelines issued by the RIVM
  • There is a maximum number of visitors allowed in our office branches. The maximum varies from location to location.

A few branches are closed due to insufficient staffing.

Contact centre waiting times

Our contact centre is currently receiving a lot of questions, which means the waiting time is longer than usual. You may also hear more background noise, as many employees are working from home. Secure contactless payments

By making contactless payments, you’re helping prevent the spread of coronavirus. For the time being, you can make payments up to and including €50 (instead of the usual €25) without entering your PIN. If you make multiple consecutive contactless payments, you can do so up to €100 (instead of the usual €50). That means you don’t have to enter your PIN as often.

Fake emails or text messages

There are currently lots of communications about coronavirus all over the world and fraudsters are taking advantage of that by sending fake messages about things like an outbreak in your region or replacing your current debit card. If you have any doubts, do not click links and do not open any attachments.
