Our safety measures

Your health and that of our employees is the number one priority.

  • Please only visit our branches for urgent matters.
  • Stay at home if you have a cold or flu symptoms.
  • No more than 2 customers may enter the branch at any one time.
  • When visiting a branch, please follow the  guidelines issued by the RIVM
  • Maintain a distance of 1.5m from other people. 

A few branches are closed due to insufficient staffing.

Do you have a mortgage or loan with ABN AMRO and are you concerned that you will not be able to pay your monthly payments (temporarily) during the corona crisis? You can now request a 3-month extension of payment.

Secure contactless payments

By making contactless payments, you’re helping prevent the spread of coronavirus. For the time being, you can make payments up to and including €50 (instead of the usual €25) without entering your PIN. If you make multiple consecutive contactless payments, you can do so up to €100 (instead of the usual €50). That means you don’t have to enter your PIN as often.

There are currently lots of communications about coronavirus all over the world and fraudsters are taking advantage of that by sending fake messages about things like an outbreak in your region or replacing your current debit card. If you have any doubts, do not click links and do not open any attachments.
