It may well happen that you lose your sunglasses at the beach, or that your camera is stolen on a city break. Luckily, travel insurance has got you covered in those cases. Find out how to submit a claim online.

Good to know

If your things have been stolen, report the theft to the local police right away. You will need proof of reporting when submitting your claim.

How to submit your claim online

  1. Go to your personal ABN AMRO Verzekeringen environment.
  2. You’ll now see your policies. Click ‘Claims’ at the top.
  3. Click ‘Submit new claim’ and enter the date of the loss or theft. Please answer all questions.
  4. If everything is correct, click ‘Send’.
  5. Please upload any required information so that we can process your claim.
