How do I claim?

When damage occurs, it is important to contact us as quickly as possible.

Before making a claim:
- check the terms and conditions and your policy to determine whether the damage is covered and whether an excess applies;
- keep your policy number at hand (last 9 digits of your IBAN).
This will allow us to help you even faster.
