Change of address or other personal details

Moved house, changed (mobile) telephone number or have a new e-mail address?

Is your personal information correct? You can check your details via the Mobile Banking app or on Internet Banking. Is your personal information incorrect? Then please provide us with the correct details. That way, for example, you avoid having to pick up post from an old address. Are you planning to move house? You can send in a change of address up to three months in advance. 


Making changes using Internet Banking

Make changes to your personal information yourself using Internet Banking.

  • Log in with your e.dentifier or identification code.
  • Make changes to your home address, telephone number and/or e-mail address. You can do this for your own bank account or for joint account(s).
  • Confirm changes with your e.dentifier.

Making changes in the Mobile Banking app

• Open the app and log in. Go to 'Settings’ > 'Personal' and tap 'Personal details'.
• Edit your address, telephone number and/or e-mail address. You can do this either for your own account or for your joint account(s). 
• Confirm the transaction using your identification code. Changes of address need to be confirmed using your e.dentifier.


At a bank branch

Please bring proof of identification. This ensures that we know it’s you making the changes and helps us to prevent fraud.


New business address?

You can send changes to contact information of your business to the Chamber of Commerce. We will receive the modified details from them. Is your business not registered with the Chamber of Commerce? Then give us your new contact information by telephone on 0900 - 81 70 (explanation of the rates).
