How to change your personal details

  • You can change most of your personal details yourself using Internet Banking or the Mobile Banking app, including your address, email address or phone number.
  • You cannot change these details by phone.

Mobile Banking app

  1. Log in and tap 'Settings’ > 'Personal' followed by 'Personal details'.
  2. Change your address, telephone number and/or email address.
  3. Confirm with your identification code or fingerprint. Changes of address need to be confirmed using your e.dentifier.

Internet Banking

  1. Click 'Change your details' below and log in with your e.dentifier or identification code. 
  2. Change your address, telephone number and/or email address.
  3. Confirm using your e.dentifier.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, you can only change your own personal details. 

  • If you have a joint account, both account holders must inform us of a change in address.
  • If someone has authorised you for an account, only the account holder can change the personal details.

Yes, you can inform us of your change of address up to three months prior to moving house.

If you are moving to a country other than the following:

  • Countries in the European Economic Area (EEA)
  • The Caribbean Netherlands
  • Switzerland, Aruba, Curaçao and the Dutch part of Saint Martin (Sint Maarten)
