Change of address
If you have a joint account, both you and your partner need to submit a separate change of address.

Do you have home or car insurance?
In that case, pass on the new address at which the insured home is registered to one of our employees. A change of address can have consequences for your premium. This also applies to your car insurance. You can therefore only report this by telephone by contacting Daily Banking.
Do you have life insurance?
Also inform your insurer of the new address.
Buildings or car insurance
If you have buildings insurance, inform one of our employees of the new insured address, as this could affect your premium. The same goes for car insurance. This is why you can only submit the change of address by calling Daily Banking.

- We use your official surname in official documents. If we don’t have the correct details on record for you, or if we have asked you to check or confirm your personal details again, click or tap the button below, followed by the link next to ‘Personal details’ and follow the steps on-screen. Be sure to have your valid ID to hand.
- If you’d like us to address you differently in our letters or Bankmail messages, with a different name for instance, click or tap the button below and change your ‘Preferred name’.

No, you can only change your own personal data.

- If someone has authorised you for an account, only the account holder can change the personal data.
