How to change your personal details

  • You can change most of your personal details yourself using Internet Banking or the Mobile Banking app, including your address, email address or phone number.
  • You cannot change these details by phone.

Mobile Banking app

  1. Log in and tap 'Settings’ > 'Personal' followed by 'Personal details'.
  2. Change your address, telephone number and/or email address.
  3. Confirm with your identification code or fingerprint.

Internet Banking

  1. Click 'Change your address' or 'Change your telephone number and/or email address' below and log in. 
  2. Change your address, telephone number and/or email address.
  3. Confirm changing your details.

Frequently Asked Questions
