Forgotten your debit card’s PIN?

You cannot make payments or withdraw cash because you have forgotten your debit card’s PIN, or you cannot remember your 5-digit identification code. This can be frustrating, but it happens to all of us. Below you can see what to do if this happens to you.

You have forgotten your debit card’s PIN

Please visit one of our bank branches and take valid proof of your identity with you.

 

You have forgotten your 5-digit identification code

For Internet Banking

Please log in using your e.dentifier and debit card to create a new identification code.

If you do not have an e.dentifier or have forgotten your PIN, please visit one of our bank branches and take valid proof of your identity with you.

For the Mobile Banking app

You will need to re-register. Your old identification code will then be replaced by your new one. You will need your debit card, e.dentifier and PIN to do this. 

  1. Log in using your e.dentifier and debit card to create a new identification code.
  2. On the log-in screen, click ‘Request (new) identification code’.

If you do not have an e.dentifier or have forgotten your PIN, please visit one of our bank branches and take valid proof of your identity with you.

 

You no longer have access to Internet Banking

You have made five failed attempts to enter a valid account number, card number or response code on Internet Banking

  1. Go to an ATM. 
  2. Enter your current PIN.
  3. Check your balance or withdraw cash.
  4. You will then be able to log in to Internet Banking using an e.dentifier again.
If you have forgotten your PIN, please visit one of our bank branches and take valid proof of your identity with you.
 

You no longer have access to the Mobile Banking app

You have made three failed attempts to enter a valid identification code
