If you call us from the ABN AMRO app on your phone, you’ll be calling our customer service directly. This is faster than usual, because you don’t have to dial the number and you skip the menu of options. And because you’re already logged in, we can see right away who you are. It’s safe and secure!

It's that easy
1. Open the app and log in
Don't have the ABN AMRO app yet? Download the app.

2. Tap the 'Help' icon at the bottom of the screen

3. Tap 'Call Customer Services'

4. Select your subject and call

5. View the expected waiting time and call us
- You can reach us by telephone from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm
- Once you've chosen a topic, you'll see the estimated waiting time
- Tap 'Call us'
- Too busy? Call whenever is most convenient for you
Good to know: if you call us from the app, you pay the usual call charges as set by your telephone provider.
