
Changing your limits
Transferring money, withdrawing cash and making debit card or online payments
If you intend to transfer a large sum of money, pay a large amount online or using your debit card, or withdraw a large sum of cash, check that your limit is high enough. You can change your daily transfer limit, online daily limit or card limit yourself. Read on to find out how to do this and learn about the differences between the various limits.
Choose which situation applies to you and change the right limit
Card limit for withdrawing cash on Internet Banking
Change the withdrawal limit for your debit card on Internet Banking
- Click the button below and log in.
- Go to 'Debit card settings' and then 'Withdrawal limit'.
- Move the toggle to the limit you want and then choose 'Temporary' or 'Permanent'. The maximum limit is € 10,000 per day.
You can't set a limit that is higher than your account balance. - Click 'Save' and confirm the order.
Your new limit will take effect immediately. No need to wait.
Your card limit applies at all payment terminals and ATMs, including those in other countries.
