If you want to stop using your wearable, simply cancel it.

Security

Payment security is important to us, so we have made sure that payments using your wearable are just as secure as with your existing debit card. We have also made it easy to block your wearable on Internet Banking or in the ABN AMRO app. Find out how.

Contactless payments

You can make payments up to a maximum of €250 per day using your wearable.

Ring, watch, bracelet or key ring:

  • You always need to confirm payments of over €50 by entering your PIN on the payment terminal.
  • This is not necessary for smaller amounts.

Smartwatch or fitness tracker:
In order to make payments, you will need to enter a PIN (which you choose yourself) every 24 hours or after having taken the wearable off. Simply select the wallet feature on your smartwatch or fitness tracker and hold it against the payment terminal.
