Lost your security key?
Find out here what you can do

Anyone can lose their security key. Luckily, your security key is always linked to a PIN, so nobody can access your bank accounts with just a security key. However, it’s still a good idea to take the following steps if you do lose your security key.
If you can’t find your security key, here’s what to do:
Log in to Internet Banking
You can log in using this link. Choose ‘Log in with e.dentifier’.
Choose ‘Security’
Click your profile photo at the top right of the screen and open the drop-down menu. Then choose ‘Security’.
Delete your security key
Find the security key you’ve lost based on the name you gave it, and then click the bin icon.
Confirm deletion of your security key
You’ll see a message asking whether you’re sure you want to delete this security key. Click the confirm button.
Your security key has been deleted
You can no longer use this security key.
Order a new security key
Click the bell icon to go to your messages. Find the message entitled ‘Important: order your security key’ and click the order button.
Complete the order
Follow the instructions on the order form. Your new security key will arrive within 3 to 5 days.
Register your new security key
Once you’ve received the security key, you’ll also receive a message inviting you to register it. Please note: you’ll need your e.dentifier to do this.
You can use the security key as soon as you’ve registered it. Until then, you need to log in with your e.dentifier.No e.dentifier to log in?
If you don’t have an e.dentifier, see if you can borrow one or consider using the app as a way of logging in to Internet Banking. You can download the app right away, free of charge.
If you don’t have an e.dentifier and don’t want to use the app, you’ll need to order an e.dentifier before you can request a new security key.
