If you can’t remember your identification code or have entered an incorrect code three times, you will need to re-register. Your old identification code will then be replaced by your new one.
It can happen to anybody, so make sure that you're well prepared and know what to do if this happens to you. One of the things you can do is enable your anti-theft protection feature now. Take a look at our tips.
Do you share your device with someone else? Or do you have both a private and a business account with us? Then you can add an additional profile to the app. You can log in separately with each profile, as each profile has its own account and its own identification code. You can also give each profile its own photo if you want to. Please note that if you set more than one profile, logging in with fingerprint or face recognition will be disabled. You can then only log in with the identification code.
How to add a profile:
Go to the login screen of the app
Do you see a picture of a cyclist? Then swipe the logo or your photo to the left until you see 'Manage profiles' Don't see this picture? Then tap the logo or your photo
Tap 'Add profile' and follow the steps

Sometimes you might see that your device appears more than once. This might be because you have removed and reinstalled the ABN AMRO app on this device. In doing so, you also re-registered the device.
You can simply remove any registrations that appear twice on the list and keep only the registration with the most recent date.
