What to do with a phishing e-mail

  • Do not click any links or attachments in the email or text message.
  • Do not reply to the email or text message.
  • Forward the phishing email to: valse-email@nl.abnamro.com.
  • Forward the fake text message to:  .
  • Delete the fake email or text message.
  • If you have clicked a link or attachment,  report the fraud to us .
Reporting other fraud

  • Have you received an email, phone call, text message or WhatsApp message from  ?
  • Has any money been transferred from your account?
  • Has anything else happened?

Report the fraud to us, even if you are not sure.

Lost debit card or wearable

  • Have you lost your debit card or has it been stolen?
  • Have you sent your card to a fraudster?
  • Is someone misusing your details?

In such cases, block your debit card immediately, even if you are not sure. Or block your wearable here.

Lost credit card

  • Have you lost your credit card or has it been stolen?
  • Has a fraudster got hold of your credit card?
  • Is someone misusing your details?

Block your credit card immediately - even if you are not sure. You can do this either permanently or temporarily.

Lost phone

  • Have you lost your phone or has it been stolen?
  • Have you stopped using your mobile device? 
  • Do you think somebody might be using your identification code to log in to the ABN AMRO app without your permission?
