  1. Route Napoléon in France

    The Route Napoléon passes through the beautiful French Alps. This road was taken by Napoléon Bonaparte on his way back to Paris after his escape from Elba in 1815. The history along the route makes for a real journey through time. The nature is also breathtaking. Think winding roads, beautiful views and small villages that let you escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Route Napoléon takes you through old France. You can also sample French cuisine in gorgeous towns such as Grasse and Gap. And by car, you will travel a lot more comfortably than Napoléon did in his day.

  2. Scotland's coastal route

    The North Coast 500 is an impressive route along the coastline of northern Scotland. The route starts and ends in Inverness and takes you 830 kilometers through the rugged Scottish landscape. You will drive (on the left!) past picturesque bays, green valleys, high rock formations and sheltered villages. It is best to take a week to cover this route along the coast. In good weather, you will see the most beautiful sunsets over the Scottish islands. For those who take this route in winter, there is even a chance to admire the northern lights.

  3. Romantic Road in Germany

    Germany's Romantic Road is not to be missed. It is a tourist route devised in the 1950s to connect southern Germany's many top attractions. And rightly so, because the scenery is also unforgettable. It will automatically make you drive more slowly. Past picturesque towns full of half-timbered houses, green meadows and elongated forests, you will move from one historic site to another. The route has a length of 366 kilometers and ends in the German Alps. So ideal to combine with a visit to Munich.

  4. The Troll Route through Norway

    This route is not for people afraid of heights! Indeed, you will drive down from high altitude on winding roads, past waterfalls and steep mountain sides, stopping regularly to take in the stunning views. The route is only 20 kilometers long, but you will never forget it. As you drive from Åndalsnes over the 11 hairpin bends, you can enjoy high mountain peaks and the Stigfossen waterfall, which plunges down from 240 meters high at full force. From the Trollstigheim platform, you have breathtaking views of the waterfall and its surroundings. Take some time to take it all in. Indeed, if you continue on, the impressive Geirangerfjord awaits you.

  5. Amalfi coastal route

    In the province of Campania south of Naples in Italy, you will find the Amalfi Coast. Through this runs the Amalfi Drive SS163.
