I want to change the bank account to be used for my premium payments. How do I do that?

Please call +31 (0)38 - 496 70 84 (Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) to change your bank account number or the instalments for your insurance. You can also send an email to premie@abnamroverzekeringen.nl for this purpose. Please quote your policy number. The premium will be debited from the new account from the next premium payment.

Can I also view my insurance policy schedule online?

You can find your policy schedule by clicking your insurance in Internet Banking. You will then see a link to the policy sheet.

I have a joint account. Why can’t I view my insurance policies in Internet Banking?

There is always only one policyholder. This is also the case if the premium is debited from your joint account. Only the policyholder can view the insurance policies in Internet Banking.

I cannot find the current terms and conditions of my insurance. What do I do?

You probably took out the insurance a while ago and the terms and conditions or the product have since changed. You were informed of this by letter.
