Prepare for your financial scan

What is a financial scan?

During the financial scan, an adviser in the ‘Wonen’ team will check whether a home in the new housing project is financially feasible for you. They do this by looking at your income and any other financial commitments you may have.

What details do I need?

For a good financial scan, the ‘Wonen’ adviser needs the following information:

  • your proof of ID
  • your income details
  • your pension details
