In Zuid-Holland, we work together with projects in Rotterdam, Capelle aan de IJssel, Gouda, Krimpen aan de IJssel and Maassluis.
Utrecht
In Utrecht, we work together with the Glas in Lood project in Leerdam and the Rhijn project in Nieuwegein. Other projects will be added in the future.

Make an appointment and have us call you back for a free financial scan at a time that suits you.
2. Do the financial scan
A ‘Wonen’ adviser will call you back through Video Banking to go through the financial scan with you. If you want, they will also give you additional information about how the purchasing process works.
3. You get the report
Afterwards, we’ll send you a report of the financial scan by email. You’ll need this if you want to buy a home from the project developer.
