ABN AMRO Verzekeringen was awarded the Customer-Oriented Quality Insurance Mark in October 2010.


What is the quality mark?

The Customer-Oriented Insurance Quality Mark is awarded by the Dutch Insurance Review Commission 'Stichting toetsing verzekeraars'.
The quality mark makes the quality of an insurance company's service and customer friendliness transparent to consumers. It gives consumers the assurance that the company will keep its promises. And that the quality of its service matters. The quality mark is not an indicator of the quality of the insurance products.

Some 40 insurance companies have been awarded the quality mark. ABN AMRO Schadeverzekering N.V. and ABN AMRO Levensverzekering N.V. are among them. They meet the quality requirements for:

  • Customer information

  • Service

  • Accessibility

  • The level of customer satisfaction

  • The quality rules for insurance companies.

What does the quality mark entail for me as a customer?

ABN AMRO Verzekeringen is proud to have been awarded the Customer-Oriented Quality Insurance Mark. But more important is that you know what the quality mark entails for you. For example:
