Managing your money is a skill. And it’s one you can learn. So we’ve teamed up with Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences to offer students a free appointment with a Financial Health Coach.
Here’s what you’ll do together with your coach
✓ You make a list of your income and expenses
✓ The coach checks whether you’re entitled to any benefits
✓ You’re given personal tips for cutting costs
And you can also ask any other questions you have about money.

🎁 Free: a nifty money planner
After the appointment, you’ll get a free money planner (in Dutch) to help you keep track of your finances and get back on course if necessary. That way, you’ll have money left over for fun things. The money planner will drop onto your doormat within 4 weeks of your appointment.

How much does it cost?
Nothing at all!
How long does a session take?
The session takes about half an hour.
Where is the session arranged?
If you arrange an online appointment, the session will be held through Video Banking. That’s convenient! You talk to the coach from the comfort of your own room.
What happens if I don't want to tell them everything?
It’s up to you to decide how much you tell your coach. So if there’s something you don’t want to share, you don’t have to. We’ll still help you as much as we can with the information you provide or by answering your questions.
What happens to the data I share with my coach?
We only use the information you share with your coach to help you as well as possible during the session itself. We don’t use it for anything else. So there are no consequences for you as a client if you bank with ABN AMRO.
