For a payment to a bank in Curaçao, a Bank Identification Code (BIC) is required. This is also known as a SWIFT address (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication).

Beneficiary details

  • An account number in Curaçao does not have a fixed format, the number of digits is different for every bank in Curaçao.
  • Do not use spaces, dashes, comma, or slash (/) in the account number.
  • Enter the full name of the person receiving the money in the “Recipient Name” field. Do not use abbreviations.
