With Internet Banking, it’s very easy to update your own details when, for example, you want to receive all your mortgage correspondence digitally or need to update your email address or name.
We are gradually switching to ‘paperless’ banking, meaning that you will receive our messages increasingly digitally instead of in the post. We will also send you a notification by email to let you know that there’s a message for you. You can now switch to digital correspondence for your mortgage or other products. It will allow us to cut back on our paper use and also happens to be quicker and more secure.
