SureStarter

Quick clarity on your mortgage

  • Fast insight into your maximum mortgage for your first home
  • Personal support every step of the way
  • Clarity on your mortgage within the statutory 3-day cooling-off period after signing your provisional purchase contract
  • Free for a limited time (normally €250)

SureStarter in 3 steps

1. Free orientation meeting

In a personal meeting, you’ll gain insight into how much you can borrow and what that means in terms of monthly payments. This way, you know where you stand in advance and can look for your first home with confidence.

2. Offer accepted?

If your offer’s been accepted, we’ll complete your file and it’s time to arrange the valuation. You can either arrange the valuation yourself with an appraiser of your choice, or we can schedule one for you through our partners at Maatwerk Woondiensten.

3. An answer withing 3 days

Once the valuation has been done and your application is complete, we’ll assess your mortgage application in no time at all. This will give you clarity during the statutory cooling-off period of 3 days (of which at least 2 are working days).

“Wow, this is faster than I expected. It’s given me peace of mind in these uncertain times. Basically, all I have to think about now is the move. ”
