Elzenhagen new-build project
Ask for a financial scan
It’s great that you’re interested in buying a property in the Elzenhagen project in Amsterdam. Before you register, we’d advise you to do a financial scan to find out whether the property is right for you. If you subsequently buy a home in Elzenhagen, Amsterdam, you’ll get a 0.15% sustainability discount on your mortgage interest rate. This gives you a reduction in your monthly mortgage payments.

Discover the Bernini project at the Prinsenplas
Prinsenland is known for its green and water-rich environment, partly thanks to the Prinsenpark. In the park you will find various play areas, a nature garden and the Prinsenplas, so there is something to do for everyone. If you're looking for more space, the Kralingse Bos and the Kralingse Plas are nearby. The 20-storey building will soon form a striking landmark in the district. The all-sided and characteristic building comprises 72 owner-occupied apartments with a versatile view over beautiful Rotterdam.
Prepare for your financial scan
What is a financial scan?

During the financial scan, an adviser in the ‘Wonen’ team will check whether a home in the new housing project is financially feasible for you. They do this by looking at your income and any other financial commitments you may have.
What details do I need?

For a good financial scan, the ‘Wonen’ adviser needs the following information:
- your proof of ID
- your income details
- your pension details
