Risks of investing

You should only invest money that you don’t need, after you’ve set aside your buffer for unforeseen expenses (Dutch). While investing can be profitable it also involves risk. You could lose all or part of your initial investment. It is important for you to be aware of this. So only invest in products that match your knowledge and experience.

Difference in range of investment products

How does the range of investment products at BUX differ from the range at ABN AMRO?

BUX

If you invest through BUX, you invest independently and always through the app. The app offers mainly non-complex products, such as ETFs and European and American shares. You manage and trade them yourself in the BUX app.

At ABN AMRO, depending on the investment option you choose, you have a more extensive range of both complex and non-complex products. These include investment funds, ETFs, shares, bonds and options. You can access your portfolio through the ABN AMRO app and Internet Banking and, depending on your chosen investment option, through the My Dealing Room trading platform. As well as the option of managing your own investments, ABN AMRO also provides Portfolio Management and investment advice.
