Can I access my Benefits through Internet Banking?

Benefits are only available through the ABN AMRO app. If you access Benefits via Internet Banking, you'll be directed to the ABN AMRO app to sign in and continue.

Where can I find the Benefits icon and what should I do if I can’t see it?

You’ll find the Benefits icon in the top right-hand corner of the home screen in the ABN AMRO app. Tap the icon to go straight to Benefits. You’ll be logged in automatically. Check that you’re using the latest version of the ABN AMRO app. Benefits are exclusively available to Preferred Banking clients. Benefits is being made available to clients gradually. Once Benefits is available to you, the icon will automatically appear in the app. Tip: Log out of the app and log back in after installing an update. This will load the latest version of the home screen.
