Promotion terms and conditions

1. These promotion terms and conditions apply to ABN AMRO’s ‘Never broke again’ promotion (referred to as ‘the promotion’ in the rest of these terms and conditions).
2. This promotion has been initiated by ABN AMRO, with its head office at Gustav Mahlerlaan 10, 1082 PP Amsterdam. 
3. The promotion is being held online at abnamro.nl/neverbrokeagain from 20 July 2026 to 11 October 2026 inclusive (hereinafter referred to as ‘the promotion period’). ABN AMRO reserves the right to change, extend or cancel the promotion at any time. 
4. Employees of ABN AMRO and persons seconded to ABN AMRO and other persons directly or indirectly involved in the organisation are excluded from participation.
5. ABN AMRO reserves the right to terminate the promotion or change the promotion terms and conditions at any time without providing its reasons for doing so. A revised version of the promotion terms and conditions, including the date of amendment, will be posted at abnamro.nl/neverbrokeagain. Participants should check this web page regularly for changes.
6. During the promotion period, the winners, who will be selected randomly in a draw, will be notified by email. The available prizes are stated under the heading ‘Prizes’ in these promotion terms and conditions.
7. By taking part in this promotion, the participant agrees that ABN AMRO may contact them personally by email one time only during the promotion period to announce that they have won a prize.
8. ABN AMRO will at all times act in accordance with the provisions of the 2014 Dutch code of conduct for promotional games of chance (Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen 2014). 
9. No correspondence will be entered into on any matters relating to either the results or these promotion terms and conditions. 

You can take part in this promotion if you:

• are aged between 18 and 25. You can’t take part in this promotion if you are 25 years of age or older;
• have an official Dutch home address;
• have valid Dutch ID, a residence permit or an international passport.

1. ABN AMRO is allocating total prize money of €4,800. During the promotion period, we will select 2 winners per week. The winner will be notified by email. Every week, 2 winners will be awarded a maximum of €200 from the total prize money.
2. The winners will receive a confirmation email at the end of the promotion period
3. The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other products and services. 
4. ABN AMRO will pay any tax on games of chance payable.

1. This promotion is free to enter.
2. This promotion and prize draw is only open to current residents of the Netherlands aged 18 or older.
3. Enter at abnamro.nl/neverbrokeagain.
4. This promotion runs from 20 July 2026 to 11 October 2026 inclusive.
5. To be in with a chance of winning a prize, participants must have shared their money-saving hack at abnamro.nl/neverbrokeagain during the promotion period and left their email address.
6. Entering more than once will not increase the participant's chance of winning.
7. By participating in the promotion, the participant consents to ABN AMRO using the money-saving hack submitted (including any accompanying explanation) for marketing and communication purposes, including online and offline content, social media and campaigns, as well as other marketing and communication activities. ABN AMRO will not disclose any of the participant’s personal data without prior consent. Entries may be used and/or edited anonymously by ABN AMRO without any compensation being due.

1.  ABN AMRO will choose 2 winners from all the entries every week. The entries are judged on creativity, originality and relevance (could other students learn something from this).
2. Winners must respond to the email sent by ABN AMRO within 20 working days of the date of notification. If a winner fails to respond to the email within 20 working days, ABN AMRO is entitled to choose a new winner for that prize.
3. Once the promotion has finished, ABN AMRO will, on request, provide participants with a list of the prizes awarded. ABN AMRO will under no circumstances provide the names and addresses of other participants to third parties. This is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

1. Participants who enter incorrect personal data will be excluded from the promotion.
2. ABN AMRO reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion at any time if it believes the participant has violated one or more conditions of participation, has entered incorrect or incomplete information or has acted in any other legally impermissible manner.
3. ABN AMRO takes the utmost care in organising its promotions and managing and administering its websites. Nevertheless, information displayed and/or provided might be incomplete or incorrect. ABN AMRO accepts no liability for errors or omissions of any nature whatsoever in material it publishes. Should any error or omission occur, this in no way creates an obligation on the part of ABN AMRO. ABN AMRO accepts no liability for lost entry forms and/or attachments or for the submission by a participant of incorrect or incomplete information.
4. ABN AMRO is not liable and/or responsible for costs incurred by the participant as a result of participation in the promotion or further use of the prize.

1. All personal data is kept in a file held by ABN AMRO. We collect this data to administer the promotion.
2. Participants have the right to access and correct any personal data that has been collected and/or processed. Participants also have the right to object to the use of their personal data for marketing purposes.
3. All personal data relating to participants obtained in the context of the promotion will be treated in strict confidence and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
4. All data collected in the context of this promotion is subject to ABN AMRO’s privacy terms and conditions, which can be found at abnamro.nl/neverbrokeagain, insofar as these do not deviate from the provisions of these promotion terms and conditions. ABN AMRO will only use the collected data for the purposes of this promotion.
5. All personal data collected will be deleted as soon as the winner has been announced and the prize has been awarded.

Questions and complaints regarding this promotion can be sent to ABN AMRO, Gustav Mahlerlaan 10, 1082 PP Amsterdam. ABN AMRO will answer the question or provide information on how the complaint has been or is being addressed. ABN AMRO will make every effort to resolve the complaint to all parties’ satisfaction. If the person submitting the complaint is not satisfied with solution offered, they can file the complaint with the Netherlands Gambling Authority.
