Checking your direct debits

To find out why a direct debit has been rejected, or when one will be debited from your account, you can check your direct debits on Internet Banking or in the ABN AMRO app. Read on to find out how to do this.

How to check whether a direct debit has been rejected

On Internet Banking

  1. Log in to Internet Banking
  2. Click your current account
  3. Go to 'Transactions' and then 'Direct debits'
  4. Any direct debits that have been rejected will be listed under 'Rejected direct debits'

In the ABN AMRO app

  1. Log in to the ABN AMRO app
  2. Click your current account
  3. Go to 'Transactions' and then 'Direct debits'
  4. Any direct debits that have been rejected will be listed under 'Rejected direct debits'
