FiNBOX stopped

Your electronic financial inbox stopped

Fewer and fewer customers were using their FiNBOX. The reason for this is that many organisations are offering their own alternative ways of sending financial post, such as a 'my’ environment. It is also becoming increasingly easy to pay bills, so we have discontinued FiNBOX with effect from 1 January 2017.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do I need to cancel my FiNBOX registration?

    No. We have stopped FiNBOX for our customers. This happened automatically so you do not need to do anything. We have informed the relevant companies and organisations for you.

  • Will I still be able to access my FiNBOX archive?

    No, both the payment and archive features on FiNBOX have stopped. So you will no longer be able to view documents in your FiNBOX archive. If you would like to view one of these documents,  please contact the relevant company or organisation.

  • What will happen to the contents of my FiNBOX archive?

    The contents of your FiNBOX archive has been deleted. If you need a document that you have not saved, please contact the relevant company or organisation directly.
