Why the rates are increasing

More and more of our customers are banking digitally. We provide online alternatives free of charge that will give you a comprehensive overview of your current account(s). In order to offer you these alternatives, we need to start charging for the non-sustainable versions from 1 April 2019. We are also continuously improving and updating our products to make sure your everyday banking is secure. We will use the new rates to partly cover the costs of such improvements.
