Replace your debit card

Replace your debit card

Is your debit card lost, stolen of swallowed by an ATM? You can request a replacement debit card yourself in the app of Internet Banking.

  • Open your app and select 'Payments', scroll down and select 'Debit Cards'. Select your debit card and then choose 'Replace' to request a new debit card.
  • You can also request a replacement card in Internet Banking. Use the button below and log in using the QR-scanner with the app. 

Paying without a debit card

While you wait for your new debit card you might need to pay in a store in withdrawal cash. Here is how you can still pay:

  • You can withdrawal cash with the ABN AMRO app. Read more on the Cardless cash page.
  • Paying in a store can also be done by Google Pay, Apple Pay or wearables
