What we offer
If you have assets of more than €1,000,000 or are an entrepreneur expecting to obtain this asset soon, you qualify for our private banking services. You will have a dedicated point of contact through your private banker, and included is a Wealth Plan that provides insight into your wishes and goals for your current and future assets. These components of our services are free of charge. For the products you obtain from us, there are costs charged per product.
The process of becoming a client:
Initial introduction
An initial phone conversation takes place where your interests and needs are discussed, and you get an idea of what we as an organization have to offer.
If we are unavailable by phone, our Private Assistance team is ready to help with your questions.
Assignment of a point of contact
After the introduction, we will connect you with a private banker who best matches your wishes and life stage. This banker has experience with the issues relevant to your situation.
First in-person appointment
During the personal introduction, the private banker will tell you more about the possibilities our organization can offer. We tailor our services to your needs and discuss the next steps. If desired, you can also meet our specialists in the field of wealth planning and other services.
In-depth client knowledge
To better serve you, we would like to get to know you better by learning more about your background and financial motivations. As part of our duty of care and in the context of legislation, we also ask about the origin of your assets. Your private banker will keep you informed of the progress throughout this process.
According to the Know Your Customer principle, we as a bank must know the origin of your assets before we can accept you as a new client. The duration of this process depends on your financial situation. Your private banker will keep you updated on the status throughout the process.

After the introduction with your private banker, you will work with our experts. Together, we work towards achieving your financial goals and ensure that you make optimal use of our services.
