Our cash management system enables you to manage all your bank accounts, national and international, and even those you hold with other banks. You can make and receive payments in most countries and most common currencies. This means you can access and control all your payment flows, anywhere in the world. Always make sure you are using the latest version of your browser in order to work securely with Access Online.

The ABN AMRO cash pooling service helps you get the most out of your available cash. It allows you to make optimum use of your available cash and makes you less dependent on external credit.

What is Access Online?

Access Online is an ISO27001-certified online cash management system. This system allows you to manage your domestic and foreign accounts, both at your own bank and at other banks.

For whom?

Larger and/or internationally operating companies that keep bank accounts in different countries and in different currencies.

Charges

The charges for Access Online are € 6.90 per month per user and € 0.085 per reported transaction.

Secure connection

Access to Access Online is protected with the e.dentifier2 (card reader) and the access card PIN number. All data sent by and to the bank are encrypted using the strictest security standards and most modern encryption technologies (TLS 1.2 256-bit). Please make sure that your computer and networks are properly protected.

Access Online Protection Policy

ABN AMRO pursues a proactive policy to keep Access Online safe and secure. Every payment via Access Online must be handled by at least two users. If only one staff member is authorised to make payments in your company, Access Online should be used in combination with an e.dentifier2 that is connected to your computer. The special e.dentifier2 software must be installed on your computer for this purpose. The download and installation instructions can be found below.

ISO27001 certification

Access Online is ISO27001-certified. This certification demonstrates that the information process is under control and satisfies all information security standards. Key points are:

  • All information processing and filing processes and systems are safe and secure
  • Only authorised employees have access to information and segregation of duties is rigorously and fully implemented
  • ABN AMRO is fully compliant with all relevant rules and regulations
