Upload SEPA and non-SEPA files in Access Online Renewed
SEPA and non-SEPA files can be uploaded quickly and easily through a single screen in Access Online Renewed. Batches submitted via the Bookkeeping Connection, the Business Account Payment API, or Corporate Payment Services can be approved through the ‘Task List’.
Login
Log in to Access Online Renewed. In the menu, click ‘Upload SEPA and non-SEPA files’.
Browse for a file
- You are now in the ‘Upload SEPA and non-SEPA files’ screen.
- Drag and drop a file into the white box at the top of the screen, or click ‘browse for a file’.
Note: SEPA files that were imported via AOL Classic are not visible in AOL Renewed.

Upload a file
- Select the file you want to upload.
- Click ‘Open’.
Note: The file may contain a maximum of 100,000 transactions. This limit also applies when uploading a SEPA file that contains multiple batches. In that case, make sure that the combined number of transactions across all batches does not exceed 100,000. For a smooth upload process, we recommend providing no more than 10,000 transactions per file.

Check details
The file is now listed under ‘Files with payments to be accepted’. The number indicates how many files are included in this overview.
For each file, you can see its status. For this file, the status is ‘To accept’.
Click the file to view its details.Has the file been rejected? Click the batch(es) and/or transactions to see exactly what went wrong. Then adjust the file in your own accounting system.
Tip: Before resubmitting your revised file, first validate it using SwiftMyStandards.

One or multiple batches
- If the file contains only one batch, the batch details are displayed immediately.
- If the file contains multiple batches, you will first see an overview of all batches. Click a batch to view its details.
- You will then see an overview of the batch details. Using the hash, you can verify that the batch matches the one you created in your accounting system.

View and verify transactions
- You can see how many transactions are included in the batch. You will also see an overview of all transactions within the batch.
- Click a transaction to view its details.

View details
When you click a transaction, its details are displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
If required, you can delete the transaction before accepting the batch.
Approve or Delete a Batch
Is the batch correct? Click ‘Accept Batch’.
Is the batch incorrect? Click ‘Delete Batch’.
View a batch
After approval, the batch status changes to ‘To approve’.
Even now, you can still delete the batch if you want. Or remove individual transactions from the batch.
It's also possible to adjust the execution date.
Approve a batch
- Go to ‘Task List’ in the Access Online Renewed menu and locate the batch.
- Click the batch to view its details.
- You will also find batches submitted via the Bookkeeping Connection, the Business Account API, or Corporate Payment Services in the ‘Task List’.
- Select the batch and then click ‘Sign 1 task’ to approve and sign it.
- You can also select multiple batches and approve them all at once.

Approve and send
- Use your e.dentifier to approve the batch (or the individual credit transfers(s) within the file) and enter the response code.
- Then click ‘Approve’ to send the batch.

Locate a sent batch
- Go to ‘Payment tracking’ to find the submitted batch. It is usually listed under ‘Bank processing’. You can also view the batch status there.
- Click the batch to view its details.
- Did you submit a batch with a future execution date? In that case, the batch will be listed under ‘Planned’.
