Emily Santschi is an Investment Associate at the ABN AMRO Sustainable Impact Fund, focused on the Energy & Mobility Transition. She currently works with portfolio companies Innax and Impact Institute, supporting them in scaling their impact and achieving their growth ambitions. She was also part of the deal team for the fund’s investment in Spectral (2023) and Urban Mine (2024), as well as the exit of Eternal Sun (2025).
She began her career in Corporate Banking at ABN AMRO Bank in 2021 as a Graduate Trainee and rotated in several teams within the Corporate Bank in Amsterdam and London. She joined the fund’s Investment Team in 2024.
Emily holds an MSc in Strategic Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a BSc in Economics and Business from the University of Amsterdam.
