What is the difference between the new and the old Dealstation?

The new Dealstation is a Treasury Management platform developed entirely by ABN AMRO. This enables us to introduce new functionalities more quickly and respond better to your wishes and needs. You also benefit from a modern user environment, extensive self-service capabilities and improved reporting. This allows us to continuously enhance the user experience.

How do I get access to the new Dealstation?

Accepted Answer

You will be automatically migrated to the new platform. You will soon receive an email with more information about the transition, so that you can start using the new Dealstation fully prepared.

Will my products remain available in the new platform?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The new Dealstation supports all existing Treasury products, including FX Spot, FX Forward, FX Swap and Money Market transactions. Your current product portfolio will remain unchanged, allowing you to continue working immediately with the products you already use.

Question 4

Can I use Dealstation with multiple users within my organisation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depending on the authorisations within your organisation, multiple users can be granted access to Dealstation.

Question 5

Can I view historical transactions in the new Dealstation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Transactions carried out in the new Dealstation can be found in the “Order Overview”. This section displays all transactions concluded in the new Dealstation.

Would you like to view a transaction that was previously carried out via the old Dealstation? You can find historical transactions via the “Transactions” button in the left-hand menu. This ensures that both your new and historical transactions remain available and easy to access.

Where can I go for questions or technical support?

Once you have logged in to Access Online, you will find the “Help” section in the bottom left-hand corner. When you click on it, you will find various instructional videos and a user guide under the ‘Treasury’ section.
