Oskar works as a Quant Trader on the Carbon Trading Desk at ABN AMRO. In this role, he monitors market and policy developments within the carbon market and translates them into trading and client solutions. Furthermore, he focuses on the quantitative and technical challenges within the desk, including the development of pricing models, trading signals, and other data-driven analyses to support trading decisions.
Oskar began his career at ABN AMRO through the Global Markets Traineeship, where he gained experience across various disciplines, including sales, trading, and data analysis. This broad exposure fostered a strong interest in combining quantitative analysis with commercial decision-making. In his current role, he brings these two worlds together, finding motivation in analyzing market developments and discussing opportunities and risks with clients and colleagues.
