Your loan statements digitally

Your credit facility nota’s will be available over the course of the first week after each month or quarter. The February nota will therefore be available from 1 March. Do you receive your overviews quarterly? If so, you will receive them for the first time from 1 April, 1 July, 1 October and 1 January.

Yes, that’s correct. In the future, the names will be more specific, so you can easily identify which statement it is.

No, the statements are only available in Dutch. Only the document name is translated when the language setting of your Internet Banking is in English.

Our customers prefer handling their banking digitally. Therefore, we provide the loan statements online. Of course, you can save them yourself and print if necessary. Only customers who do not (yet) use Internet Banking (Business) receive the statements by post.

If you don't have Internet Banking Business, this isn't possible. You will receive the statements by post.

No, unfortunately, this isn't possible. Your loan statements include personal and sensitive data. We never send these statements via email.

• If you have a business account or business payment package, please request access for Internet Banking Business (in Dutch).
