You decide whether to give your employees access to Extradeal. And you decide what they can do on the Extradeal platform. View trade documents online, apply for Bank Guarantees, or initiate Letters of Credit? It’s up to you.
Doing business outside the EU
Outside the EU, there is no free movement of goods. There are customs formalities to deal with and you are under an obligation to use trade documents. With these documents, you can then collect the goods from the bonded warehouse. This applies to both import and export. Trade documents are generally only released once payment has been made. Our role is to act on your behalf as your representative.

What is Extradeal?
An online system that lets you manage your Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, and Bank Guarantees.
For whom is Extradeal suitable?
For corporations that regularly buy and/or sell goods abroad and use Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections and/or Bank Guarantees for that.
Fees
We charge a € 250 setup fee for Extradeal. Your Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections and Bank Guarantees are subject to the Trade Finance fees.

Options
- Open and amend an Import Letter of Credit. You can also electronically accept or reject discrepant documents.
- View information on the advice or amendment of an Export Letter of Credit.
- Consult the presentation of an Import Documentary Collection and the associated documents. You can also order the financial settlement of an Import Documentary Collection.
- Create an Export Documentary Collection so that you can send the Collection directly to the collecting bank abroad.
- Check the transaction status of your Letters of Credit and/or your Documentary Collections online.
- View up-to-date reports and management information.
- Open and amend a Bank Guarantee.
