Transfer statuses
Explanation over the most common transfers
When making a transfer, you can see the exact status of your transfer in Access Online. Not sure what exactly the status means? Let us explain.
Select the type of transfer
Manually keyed-in single credit transfer
| Status | Explanation |
| To approve | The transfer has been created and is pending approval |
| To release | The approved transfer can be released if you have opted for manual transfer release |
| Partially approved | This transfer has already been approved by at least one person. It has yet to be co-signed by one or several persons |
| In progress | We are processing your transfer |
| Awaiting confirmation | We are waiting for confirmation from the beneficiary's bank |
| Planned | These transfers have been approved in full and will be processed on the requested execution date |
| Planned / Cancellation to approve | The cancellation of the scheduled transfer has not yet been approved |
| Planned / Cancellation in progress | The cancellation of the scheduled transfer is being processed |
| Planned / Cancellation deleted | The cancellation of the scheduled transfer has been deleted |
| Planned / Cancellation rejected | The cancellation has been rejected. The transfer is already being processed |
| Cancelled | The scheduled transfer has been cancelled |
| Balance check | We will check whether you have sufficient funds in your account. You can also do this yourself and, if necessary, add any funds |
| Rejected | Your transfer was rejected. This can be due to various reasons. Check the transaction details to find out why the transfer was rejected |
| Error in processing | Something went wrong in the processing. Please enter your transfer again. If this happens regularly, please contact us |
| Processed | Your transfer has been processed |
| With recipient | The recipient has received the money |
| Deleted | The transfer has been deleted |
Uploaded single credit transfer
| Status | Explanation |
| To approve | The transfer has been created and is pending approval |
| To release | The approved transfer can be released if you have opted for manual transfer release |

| To accept | The transfer request needs to be accepted |
| To approve | The transfer has been created and is pending approval |

| Partially approved | This transfer has already been approved by at least one person. It has yet to be co-signed by one or several persons |

| Clearing | Sent to Clearing |
| Clearing/ Request for cancellation to approve | Your cancellation request has been created and is pending approval |
| Clearing/ Request for cancellation deleted | Your cancellation request has been deleted |
| Clearing/ Request for cancellation in progress | Your cancellation request is being processed |
| Cancelled in clearing | Your transfer has been cancelled at the clearing stage |
| Settled | The direct debit has been processed |
| Settled / Reversal to approve | You have to approve the reversal |
| Settled / Reversal partially approved | There are still signatures missing for approval of the reversal |
| Settled / Reversal to be released | The reversal has been approved and can be released |
| Settled / Reversal deleted | The reversal has been deleted |
| Settled / Reversal rejected | The reversal has been rejected |
| Settled / Reversal in balance check | There are insufficient funds to execute the reversal |
| Reversed | The payer has been refunded the money at the initiator's initiative |
| Refused by debtor | The direct debit has been rejected by the payer |
| Refunded by debtor | The payer has reversed the transfer |
| Planned | These transfers have been approved in full and will be processed on the requested execution date |
| Planned / Cancellation to approve | The cancellation of the scheduled transfer has not yet been approved |
| Planned / Cancellation in progress | The cancellation of the scheduled transfer is being processed |
