Costs

A Gold Card costs €4.25 per month. An additional ABN AMRO MeesPierson Gold Card costs €2.00 per month.

Paying abroad with your ABN AMRO MeesPierson Gold Card can sometimes cost money. Check what you pay for paying and withdrawing money abroad.

Limits

The standard limit of the ABN AMRO MeesPierson Gold Card is €5,000. When you apply for a Gold Card, you can choose a different limit. Do you want to adjust your limit? In that case, please contact Private Assistance by phone on +31 (0)20 343 43 43

Insurance policies

If you paid with your credit card, almost all of your purchases are insured for 365 days against theft, loss or damage. The ABN AMRO MeesPierson Gold Card comes with the following insurances.

  • Purchase insurance
  • Baggage delay insurance (for scheduled flights)
  • Flight delay insurance (for scheduled flights)
  • Rental car deductible cover for damage to the rented car
  • Car legal expenses insurance
  • Emergency Cash.

You can read more about these insurances in the insurance conditions. Reporting damage? Call the ICS Service Desk on 020 660 04 00 (local rate), or from abroad on +31 20 660 04 00. You will then be assisted directly by one of the ICS staff in claiming your expenses or damages.

Paying your bill

You receive the bill for your purchases at the end of the month in which you made the purchases. The money you spend with your credit card is debited from your account in one go.

You can check your credit card expenses at any time, anywhere with the Mobile Banking app.

Security

When you make a payment online, you are often asked for an additional code. This provides additional security for your payment. You choose a Mastercode ID Check yourself.

Do you have a Visa Card? Then you use Visa Secure (3D Secure). Learn more about Visa Secure.

ABN AMRO MeesPierson Gold Card stolen or lost

Have you lost your ABN AMRO MeesPierson Gold Card or has it been stolen? With the Stand-By Service, you can block all your registered bank cards and credit cards with just one phone call. You can also immediately request a new one. This service is available by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
