Roel Barnhoorn is Head of Bond Strategy at ABN AMRO. Following his ABN training (1986), Roel held various management positions, including in the dealing room at head office. As a result of the merger of ABN and AMRO, he was able to establish investment banking in Switzerland (1997). In 2002, Roel made the switch to Private Banking International, where he mapped out the risks of bond markets and defined the bond strategy for our international clients..
