How it works
Step 1: Login in Internet Banking
One hour before your appointment, you will receive an email from us explaining how to start the meeting through Internet Banking.
Step 2: Select 'Your appointment'
In Internet Banking, under 'Communication and appointments', select 'Manage my appointments'.
Click 'To your appointment'.
Step 3: Turn on your camera and microphone
Give permission to use your camera and microphone and check that they are working properly.
Step 4: You're ready for your meeting
Your adviser will be ready to help at the scheduled time.
