Cancel, change or print
Do you no longer wish to receive paper account statements? Cancel them in Internet Banking.
Cancel or change paper account statements
Log in
Log in to Internet Banking and click on the 'Self service' tab.
Select and change
Click on 'Communication and appointments' > 'Cancel printed account statements' and choose the account(s) for which you wish to cancel paper statements. Click on 'Change'.
Save changes
Everything filled in correctly? Check the details and click 'Send'.

Do you want to stop your paper account statements immediately? Or do you want to change how you receive your account statements via the online form, because you do not have Internet Banking? Make your choice here.
You can also contact Private Assistance to request a copy of an account statement by phone on: +31 (0)20 343 43 43 . You will be charged €5.50 per statement.
