Impact Equity Fund

Impact investing for everyone

  • Deposit from a small amount
  • Fund consisting mainly of sustainable companies
  • In collaboration with Aegon

As an investor, you not only want the chance of return, but you also want the certainty that you are investing in companies that have a positive impact on people, the environment and society. We have therefore set up the Global Impact Equity Fund in collaboration with Aegon. Companies are assessed partly on the basis of their ESG score. We have joined forces with Aegon as an experienced and reliable partner. You can already start with an investment of € 50. This makes sustainable investing easier and more accessible, with your portfolio actively contributing to a more sustainable future.

Investing involves risks, you may lose (part of) your investment.

Who is this for?

Are you a starting or an experienced investor and want to make a positive impact with your investment? Impact Equity is for every investor who wants to invest with an amount from € 50.

How do I get information about my investments?

Impact equity investments have a long-term nature of 10 years or more and do not lend themselves to active investment due to their lack of tradability. Nevertheless, we will inform you about your investments and new investment opportunities in various ways, which are described below:

  • Mobile Banking
    The app gives you insight into current share prices and your investment protfolio at any time, anywhere through your smartphone or tablet. Read more about Mobile Banking Mobile Banking.
  • Internet Banking
    Through Internet Banking you have insight into the value of your investment portfolio, the results and any returns achieved 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can view order status and executiion online.
  • Asset report
    Every quarter you will receive a report from us on the impact of the fund based on the United Nations Sustainable development goals.
  • Asset Dashboard
    Insight into your investment portfolio 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the secure Internet Banking environment. That is Asset Report Online.
  • Fund information
    After subscribing, you will periodically receive an update of the selected fund, with a description of the developments in the underlying portfolio. Quarterly reports usually appear about 3 months after the end of the quarter. These overviews are sent by email via a so-called Alert. In addition, you will be informed in good time – also through an Alert – about a capital call. Your adviser can give a further explanation if desired.
  • Annual review
    You periodically discuss your investment plan, your current and any future investments in impact equity and their appropriateness with your adviser. On the basis of this periodic discussion, you can determine together whether you will continue on your chosen path or adjust your plan.
How do I make a transaction

You can submit your investment orders quickly and easily through:

  • your investment adviser;
  • the secure environment of Internet Banking;
  • the ABN AMRO app.
  • For investment funds, you can also easily place a periodic order, which means you automatically invest periodically.
What are the fees?

Are you investing with ABN AMRO MeesPierson? Then the service costs depend on your investment type.

  • The consultancy costs, the service costs or the management costs for your investment type.
  • Any transaction costs for your buying and selling orders.

On the fees and rates page you will find more information about this.

Ongoing charges

You also pay costs to the fund manager of the fund. We call this the ongoing charges. This is a fixed percentage, which differs for each fund. You do not pay these costs separately, they are included in the price of the fund.

What are the costs?

Consultancy costs

If you opt for investment advice, you will pay consultancy costs. You will pay the consultancy costs on the value of the investments in your investment portfolio for:

  • the investment advice you receive;
  • the administration of your investment portfolio;
  • the investment information you receive; and
  • the transactions (in Euro).

Transaction costs

Transaction costs are the costs you pay when you buy or sell investments. The amount of the transaction costs depends on the type of investment. With Guided Investing, the transaction costs are already included in the consultancy costs.

Good to know

Most transaction costs for buying and selling are included. For Active Investing Plus, you pay consultancy costs and transaction costs. Sometimes you pay other costs. You will find a more detailed explanation on the fees and rates page. View the fees and rates.

Investing involves risks

You should only invest capital that you have over and above your buffer for unforeseen expenses. Investing can be interesting, but it is not without risk. You can lose (part of) your investment. It is good to be aware of this. We advise you to only invest in investment products that match your risk appetite, investment objectives and knowledge and experience. We have listed the most common investment risks for you.

Summary

In short:

  • Impact investing from a low entry amount
  • Investing to make a positive impact on society and the environment
  • Attractive addition to a liquid investment portfolio
  • For novice and experienced investors with a long(er) investment horizon
  • Quarterly reporting on impact based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
