We only provide the letter for your payment account and, if applied, 1 savings account. If you have several savings accounts, we will use the savings account with the highest balance.

In order to apply for a Bank Reference Letter, you need to have an account and be a client with us for at least one year, and you need to be at least 18 years of age. You will receive the Bank Reference Letter within 1 to 3 business days.
Please note: this Bank Reference Letter is not intended for commercial clients. Commercial clients can request a Bank Reference Letter for business clients.
