Change, check and cancel direct debits

Checking your direct debits

Be sure to check your direct debits regularly. That way, you will not be faced with any surprises. Direct debits that are still being processed can be found under 'In progress and rejected'. Under 'Scheduled and standing’, you can see the upcoming direct debits.

‘Scheduled and standing’ is located on the ‘Transactions’ tab.

Cancelling your direct debits

If you no longer wish to use a direct debit for your payments, you can cancel your mandate. You can cancel a direct debit using the red mandate revocation card (in Dutch) along with your signature. Send the red mandate revocation card to the company involved in the direct debit.
