Nog makkelijker bankieren? Lees de tips voor Mobiel Bankieren

Do you know what you can do with the Mobile Banking app? You can use it to do more than you might think. That's why we want to give you tips on the most useful and popular features, and tell you exactly where to find everything.

Accounts

When you log in to the app, you are taken to the accounts overview, which provides you with a summary all of your current, savings and investment accounts. Here, you can view your balance and transactions and make transfers. But there are even more features!

Self service

You can use the ‘Self service’ tab to manage everything to do with your accounts, like blocking your debit card. In the future, you will be able to use this tab to manage more and more for your other ABN AMRO products too.

Bankmail

The 'Bankmail’ tab displays any alerts from us. If you want to get in touch, tap the telephone icon to call us.

Settings

On the 'Settings’ tab, you can specify your preferences for the app. For example, you might want to change your identification code, reorder your accounts, or enable the fingerprint feature.

Task list

You can use the ‘Task list’ tab to send orders, which you can confirm using your identification code, fingerprint or e.dentifier. Did you know that you can save orders to send later?

Apps in de Mobiel Bankieren app

App menu (nine squares)

Tap the nine squares in the top left to discover our other useful apps, which you might already use. You can download them straight away, of course. Together with the Mobile Banking app, these apps are all you need to manage your finances.

Contact

Calling us from the app

You can call us using the telephone icon at the top of the menu. Tap the icon, then ‘Call us’ and select the reason for your call. You will be able to see the estimated waiting time immediately.
