Logging in, transferring money and iDEAL payments without the e.dentifier

Logging in on the app is easy with your identification code, Face ID or fingerprint. And you will not need the e.dentifier any more for transfers or iDEAL payments! Sounds good?   • Downloading and using the Mobile Banking app is entirely free of charge.
  • You will need internet access to use the app. Your mobile service provider may charge you for using mobile internet.
Security
  • Device registration is a mandatory security measure for our app. It allows us to identify you by the device you are using to do your banking as well as by your identification code. You can only use the app if all of these details are correct.
  • The first time you use the Mobile Banking app, you will be asked to create an identification code. This will be the personal code you use to log in and transfer money. If you stay within your This is the total amount you can transfer on a given day without using the e.dentifier. Confirm the payment using your identification code or fingerprint.   • A jailbroken or rooted device allows installation of apps that have not been verified by the official app stores. These kinds of apps can do damage to your device or other apps. We consider this highly unsecure for the Mobile Banking app. Therefore, the Mobile Banking app is no longer supported on jailbroken or rooted devices. Some of the Mobile Banking features (such as fingerprint) will be disabled on these kinds of devices.
  • We do our utmost to ensure our customers can do their banking securely. But it is equally important for you yourself to be aware of how to use your device and your details securely. Read our secure Mobile Banking tips.
  • What if you lose your phone? It can happen to anybody. Just make sure all your details are secure now, so that you are prepared if it ever happens. One option is to enable anti-theft protection.  Find out how to set your phone and what else you can do.
