Mortgage advice through Video Banking

Mortgage advice anytime and anywhere? It’s possible with Video Banking, a webcam meeting with your mortgage adviser. Any documents you need can be shared easily using a link on your screen.

Everything you need to know about your first mortgage meeting

How much you can borrow, based on your income and outgoings

  1. How much you can borrow, based on your income and outgoings
  2. The mortgage type
  3. The mortgage interest rate

At the next meeting (the consultancy session), we will go into your current and future situation in greater detail. This will be when you get comprehensive mortgage advice.

Documents to bring

During your mortgage meeting, your adviser will need certain documents from you, such as your payslip or employer’s statement. Please bring these documents with you, or upload them before the meeting. This will allow us to better tailor our advice to your personal situation.

Mortgage advice fees

The first orientation meeting is free of charge. During this meeting, we will go over your financial options with you. When you get personal advice, you will be charged the advice fee. You will then also receive an advice report. The advice fee is a fixed fee. If you decide to take out a mortgage with us, you will also pay a handling fee.
